Role Summary:

Avenue Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate clinical services at Thika Hospital. The role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing clinical staff, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinical operations and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, standards, and regulations.
  • Lead and manage clinical staff, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
  • Monitor patient care quality and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Manage clinical budgets and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in clinical management, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical operations, quality standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
