Responsibilities
The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for clinical staff.
- Assessing training needs and identifying areas for improvement.
- Creating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Conducting practical training sessions and simulations.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and providing feedback.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in clinical practices and training methodologies.
- Collaborating with department heads and clinical leaders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
- A Master's degree or a postgraduate qualification in education, training, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Current professional registration with the relevant medical/nursing board.
- Proven experience in clinical practice.
- Demonstrated experience in training and adult education.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in developing training materials and using educational technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 2 years in a training or education role.
