Responsibilities

The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for clinical staff.
  • Assessing training needs and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Creating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
  • Conducting practical training sessions and simulations.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and providing feedback.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in clinical practices and training methodologies.
  • Collaborating with department heads and clinical leaders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
  • A Master's degree or a postgraduate qualification in education, training, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Current professional registration with the relevant medical/nursing board.
  • Proven experience in clinical practice.
  • Demonstrated experience in training and adult education.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in developing training materials and using educational technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 2 years in a training or education role.
