JOB DETAILS:
Background
The Betty Adera Foundation (BAF) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Cluster Coordinator to lead implementation of an upcoming donor-funded Climate-Resilient Farmer Field School Initiative within the Lake Region Economic Bloc (LREB).
This role will provide technical and operational leadership to ensure high-quality delivery of climate-smart, low-carbon agricultural practices across selected counties.
Join us as we strengthen farmer resilience and promote sustainable agricultural practices across the Lake Region.

This position is contingent upon successful award of the project and confirmation of funding.
