JOB DETAILS:
Join Optica, the largest optical retail chain in East and Central Africa, now expanding into new countries across the region. We are looking for strong retail leaders to oversee multiple branches and support our growth in new territories.
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Lead & mentor Branch Managers
- Oversee cluster operations

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years optical retail leadership
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline
- Multi-store management experience
