Job Description

Lead data-driven revenue strategies across three Accor properties in Kenya and Rwanda to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, market share, and profitability.

Analyze market trends, demand patterns, booking pace, competitor activity, and commercial performance to optimize pricing, forecasting, inventory, and revenue opportunities.

Oversee distribution channels, e-commerce platforms, and revenue systems to drive direct bookings, channel efficiency, and rate integrity.

Collaborate with General Managers and Commercial teams to align revenue strategies, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver actionable business insights.

Provide leadership and guidance to revenue and reservations teams, ensuring best practices, performance excellence, and achievement of commercial objectives.

Monitor and benchmark hotel performance against competitive sets and market indices to drive sustainable market share growth.

Support the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic planning processes through accurate data analysis and revenue projections.

Ensure effective use of revenue management, business intelligence, and reporting tools to support fact-based decision-making and commercial performance.

Work closely with Accor corporate revenue and commercial teams to ensure alignment with brand standards, promotional strategies, and revenue optimization initiatives.

Identify opportunities to grow ancillary revenues across rooms, meetings and events, food and beverage, and other revenue-generating areas.

Champion a culture of analytical thinking, continuous improvement, and commercial accountability across the cluster.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Revenue Management, or related field. Revenue Management certification preferred.

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive Revenue Management experience within international hotel brands.

Minimum 2 years managing multi-property or cluster revenue operations.

Experience with Accor Hotels and Accor Revenue Management systems is highly preferred.

Experience across East African markets is advantageous.
