Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Collection Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue Bodaboda loans, ensuring recovery targets are met while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on overdue loans.
• Negotiate repayment plans with borrowers.
• Meet and exceed monthly recovery targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
• Provide excellent customer service during collection interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in short-term loan sales and collections.
• Good understanding of SME loans and lending processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
