JOB DETAILS:
Background
Drive portfolio health, timely reminders & recoveries, and help grow new & repeat business.
What you'll do
- Collect & recover overdue loans; call/visit clients and negotiate plans
- Track portfolio risk, analyze delinquency, and report performance
- Conduct due diligence/verification; maintain accurate records & LMS updates
- Manage repossessions & collateral disposal; support asset upkeep
- Deliver great client service, retention & restructuring guidance
- Ensure CRB/IPRS compliance; collaborate with Credit & Sales
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports; share market insights
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in collections (logbook product)
- Excellent negotiation, communication & phone etiquette
- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and organization skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team
- Solid product knowledge and fluent written/spoken English

Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
