Choice Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Bike Finance Collections Officer to manage and oversee collections for our E-Bike financing products. The role ensures timely recovery of payments, effective customer engagement, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage customer repayment schedules for E-Bike financing.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
  • Resolve payment-related issues and provide guidance to customers on repayment options.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections, arrears, and recovery actions. Prepare regular reports on collections performance and outstanding balances.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to improve collection efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years' experience in collections, loan recovery, or finance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payment processes, reconciliation, and customer follow-up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused, persistent, and results-driven.
