Responsibilities

As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Contacting customers to discuss outstanding debts.
• Negotiating payment plans and settlements.
• Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities.
• Following up on overdue accounts.
• Adhering to all company policies and legal regulations related to debt collection.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in debt collection or a related role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

Previous experience in a collections role is required.
