It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April 2010. On 10th January 2012, it later changed its names to Mwananchi Credit Limited.
Job Summary
The Collections & Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing and executing collection and recovery strategies to minimize bad debts and maximize recovery rates.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in collections/recovery (microfinance or banking preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in collections CRM software and MS Excel
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
