Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Business Insights

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from internal and external sources
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to support business decisions
  • Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across territories and product portfolios
  • Generate account-level insights to improve sales planning and profitability

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Track and analyze sales performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Monitor KPIs and provide variance analysis
  • Support root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions

Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)

  • Drive adoption and optimization of CRM and sales force automation tools
  • Support implementation of standardized sales processes and sales cadence
  • Improve sales productivity through performance tracking and insights
  • Ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams

Planning & Commercial Support

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking at territory and regional levels
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for strategic and operational planning
  • Work closely with business leaders to guide decision-making

Training & Capability Development

  • Identify skill gaps and support development of sales training programs
  • Facilitate product and sales skills training
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning of commercial teams
  • Ensure field team competence through assessments and training tools

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection standards
  • Maintain documentation of data sources, definitions, and processes
  • Continuously improve reporting systems, tools, and workflows
  • Monitor market dynamics and provide insights on competition and opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage
  • 3–5 years’ experience in data analytics, commercial excellence, sales operations, or business intelligence
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Consumer Goods sectors is preferred
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
