Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR & Admin Officer to manage all human resource and administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring effective staff management, organizational compliance, and overall employee welfare.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Planning & HR Strategy: Forecast staffing needs and talent gaps and support organizational initiatives
  • Recruitment & Deployment: Forecast staffing needs, conduct interviews, and ensure seamless onboarding. Be able to coordinate mass hiring.
  • HR Records & Leave Management: Maintain accurate records, manage leave, and ensure data compliance.
  • Performance Management: Develop frameworks, conduct appraisals, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Staff Welfare & Engagement: Enhance employee wellbeing and boost engagement initiatives.
  • Disciplinary & Compliance: Handle disciplinary issues and manage exits professionally. Enforce strict code of conduct policies while professionally managing grievance.
  • Training & Development: Design and deliver programs to upskill staff.
  • Job Analysis: Analyze roles and implement effective HR policies.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and organizational culture
  • Policy Development: Oversee policy development, implementation and review
  • Administration: Oversee office operations and ensure administrative efficiency.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll and benefits to support a competitive structure.
  • Revenue & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare
    reports on revenue, client acquisition, and profitability, and provide recommendations for
    improvement.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare detailed, persuasive, and accurate proposals tailored to
    client requirements, ensuring alignment with B2K’s capabilities and commercial goals.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with operations, finance, HR, and service
    delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in client meetings, presentations, and networking
    events to promote B2K’s services and expand business opportunities.
  • Customer Feedback & Improvement: Collect client feedback, identify areas for
    improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client
    experience.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all commercial activities,
    contracts, proposals, and client interactions, and report regularly to the Managing Director.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all commercial operations comply with legal,
    regulatory, and company requirements while identifying and mitigating potential business
    risks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Economics,
    or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in commercial management, business development, or
    client relationship management, preferably in a Security or similar sector.
  • Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, contract management, and revenue growth.
  •  Strong understanding of market research, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
