Join Our Team as a "COMMERCIAL MANAGER"
Industry: Healthcare| NGO
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead our full commercial function—including Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships. This role drives patient growth, clinic revenue, franchise expansion, and overall brand visibility across all our markets.
You will balance strategic leadership and hands-on execution, working cross-functionally with Operations, Digital Health, Clinical Teams, and Finance to support sustainable growth across clinics and franchise sites
What You’ll Do
Lead and execute the commercial strategy across marketing, sales, and BD.
Drive patient acquisition, retention, and clinic revenue growth.
Oversee digital marketing, campaigns, and brand positioning.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of franchise prospects.
Lead recruitment of clinical officers/medical doctors for franchise expansion.
Manage corporate sales for insurance, wellness packages, and occupational health.
Develop competitive pricing models, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Analyze weekly revenue trends and recommend actions.
Manage sales teams and ensure strong lead generation and conversion.
Build strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, insurers, and community groups.
Present weekly commercial performance reports and oversee budgets.

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, Health Systems, or related field. 5–8 years’ experience in marketing, BD, or commercial leadership. Background in healthcare, FMCG, or service-driven industries is an advantage. Proven experience driving revenue growth and managing commercial teams. Strong skills in digital marketing, CRM, analytics, and sales leadership.
