Commercial Supervisor – FMCG | Coast Region
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in FMCG sales, trade marketing, commercial operations, and distributor management. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening market presence, expanding sales channels, and supporting strategic commercial initiatives that drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and outlet expansion across the Coast Region by supporting the execution of the company's commercial strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, hospitality partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Plan and execute trade marketing activities, including promotions, merchandising, brand activations, exhibitions, and events.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Support the growth of strategic business channels, including retail outlets, hospitality accounts, and the factory shop.
- Enhance retail execution standards and customer experience while implementing initiatives that improve sales performance.
- Coordinate regional commercial operations and provide regular reports on key performance indicators, market intelligence, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial Coordination, or FMCG Operations.
- Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, retail outlets, or hospitality channels is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Coast market and regional commercial dynamics.
- Experience within an FMCG or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
