The Group comprises of Madison Life Assurance Kenya Limited, Madison General Insurance Kenya Limited, and Madison Investment Managers Limited. Madison Life Assurance Kenya was originally incorporated under Kenyan Laws in 1988 as Madison Insurance Company Limited (MICK) after a successful merger between Crusader Plc (1974) and Kenya Commercial Insurance Corporation.

Responsibilities or duties

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mombasa for a Commission Insurance Sales Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting and selling insurance products, fostering and maintaining client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. Other tasks include meeting sales targets, educating customers on insurance policies, and supporting clients in the claims process. The role includes engagement with individual and corporate clients, requiring a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Proven skills in Insurance Sales and general Sales. Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage. Strong Customer Service skills with an understanding of client needs. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. Previous experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage. Proficiency in both Swahili and English is highly beneficial.
