Responsibilities or duties
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading communication materials (press releases, articles, newsletters, reports).
- Support the management and content creation for KENAFF's social media platforms and website.
- Help document and capture project activities through photography, videos, and written content.
- Assist in designing promotional and awareness materials (posters, flyers, banners).
- Maintain an organized archive of communication materials and media assets.
- Support the Communications team with other departmental activities as assigned.
- Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies or a related field is encouraged.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with social media management is desirable.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Basic computer skills.
Experience needed
