Responsibilities or duties

  • Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading communication materials (press releases, articles, newsletters, reports).
  • Support the management and content creation for KENAFF's social media platforms and website.
  • Help document and capture project activities through photography, videos, and written content.
  • Assist in designing promotional and awareness materials (posters, flyers, banners).
  • Maintain an organized archive of communication materials and media assets.
  • Support the Communications team with other departmental activities as assigned.
  • Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
  • Diploma or Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies or a related field is encouraged.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media management is desirable.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Basic computer skills.

Experience needed
