We’re hiring in Kenya ?? We are looking for a Community Feedback Moderator based in Isiolo or Nairobi, ready to join our team and help us amplify community voices. In this role, you’ll review and manage feedback submitted through our platform, ensuring it’s safe, timely, and impactful. You’ll work with local communities and organisations across Kenya, translating voices into actionable insights for humanitarian and development responses.

Qualifications or requirements

• Fluency in Swahili, English, and Turkana (mandatory)
• Deep understanding of Kenya’s local context
• Experience in community engagement or protection work
• Cultural sensitivity and strong problem-solving skills
