Community Mobilizer role focusing on livelihoods activities, climate-smart agriculture, and market access initiatives in Baringo, Kenya.

Responsibilities:

• Community mobilization, project implementation support, monitoring, reporting, and documentation, advocacy, engagement, partnership, and networking.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Community Development or related field, 2 years of field experience, basic understanding of market systems, strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills, knowledge of gender and social inclusion.

Experience needed:

At least 2 years of field experience in community mobilization, livelihoods projects, or economic empowerment initiatives, with exposure to climate-smart agriculture.

Work Hours: 8
