Pearl Hospital is a Level 4 multi-specialty hospital in Laikipia County. Guided by our values of Quality, Efficiency, Professionalism, and Compassion, we are seeking for a Community Oral and Health Officer to provide quality oral healthcare services through diagnosis, treatment, prevention and community oral health education while promoting proper dental hygiene and supporting overall patient care.

• Conduct oral examinations and assess patients` dental conditions.
• Diagnose and manage common oral and dental diseases.
• Perform preventive and curative procedures.
• Provide oral health education and counselling to patients and communities.
• Participate in community outreach and dental awareness programs.
• Ensure Infection prevention and control standards are maintained in the dental unit.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation as required
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health and KMPDC regulations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is an added advantage.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

• Degree or Diploma in Community Oral Health from a recognized institution.
• Valid practicing license and registration with Kenya Medical.
• At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in a busy dental set up is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an added advantage.
