Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Experience needed

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience within regulated financial services environments
• Strong experience in AML, KYC, CFT, transaction monitoring, and regulatory compliance
• Previous experience within forex, banking, fintech, capital markets, or brokerage environments highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets Authority (CMA) regulatory frameworks
• Experience engaging with regulators and managing compliance reporting obligations
• Strong knowledge of risk management, internal controls, governance, and compliance monitoring
• Proven leadership, integrity, and fit & proper standing required
