JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
- Troubleshoot, analyze and repair problems of computer elements.
- Initiate procurement process for required ICT equipment.
- Prepare reports on conditions of ICT equipment.
- Maintenance of computing systems and data communication systems.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware compatibility issues.
- Obtain, set and install computer software.
- Assist the ICT Trainers and Computer Technologists.
- Supervise and guide students on practical attachments.
- Installation and configuration of ERP software system.
- Distribution of procured ICT equipment.
- Management of ICT equipment inventory.
- Management and track user work tickets.
- Create user accounts in the Domain Name Server.
- Install and configuring antivirus software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution.
- At least three (3) years relevant work experience.
- Any other professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
