JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to join our growing transport operations team.

Job Purpose

The Conductor assists in the safe and efficient operation of passenger transport services by managing fare collection, assisting passengers, and supporting the Driver during operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect fares and issue tickets where applicable.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting.
• Ensure passenger safety during travel.
• Maintain accurate daily cash and ticket records.
• Guide the Driver on passenger loading and traffic conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle.
• Resolve passenger concerns professionally.
• Report incidents and operational issues.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must submit the following:

• Certificate of Good Conduct
• Copy of National ID
• KRA PIN Certificate
• SHA Registration
• NSSF Registration
• Updated CV with relevant experience
• Two (2) Recent Passport-Size Photographs

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
