Job Description
This is an outbound contact center role focused on driving customer acquisition and deepening relationships through proactive engagement. The primary objective is to onboard new customers and cross-sell banking products to existing ones by reaching out at key moments. The role aims to consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering timely, relevant, and personalized solutions that enhance their banking experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications: First degree
Experience
- 1–2 year of sales experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with a strong passion for sales and a desire to build a career in financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions is an added advantage.
