Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is a consultancy services company incorporated under the laws of Kenya.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily opening, closing, and physical stocktakes for empty/filled cylinders, market returns, and accessories; reconcile variances and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
• Oversee timely loading and offloading of assets, enforce correct cylinder stacking per HSE guidelines, and inspect delivery assets before/after market trips for roadworthiness and accessories.
• Manage loaders' shift rosters, leave schedules, and overtime; monitor staff discipline and attendance across Direct Sales Agents (DSAS), Loaders, and Security personnel
• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain container cleanliness and hygiene, manage fuel card issuance and safekeeping, and open/close facilities on time.
• Perform weekly comprehensive audits on container premises, stock, and equipment; report operational non- conformities, safety violations, or security breaches to relevant Heads of Department in real time.

Qualifications and Experience

• College Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an inventory supervisor, specifically within the LPG industry.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
