Position overview

We are looking for a talented Content Creator to launch, and be the face of, Tana’s channels for early-career professionals in Kenya. This is a rare opportunity to build a brand from zero with real backing behind you: you will be on camera as a recurring personality, and you will own everything behind the scenes - ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing. Starting with short-form video and growing into long-form and live formats, you will work directly with the leadership team to turn insider hiring knowledge and real success stories into content that changes careers.

Responsibilities or duties

• Be on camera as the recurring face of Tana’s channels, creating engaging, authentically Kenyan content.
• Own production end to end: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing to a consistent, high-quality cadence.
• Build the content operation from the ground up: calendar, playbook, kit, and channels.
• Coordinate on-camera appearances from team members and Tana talent, telling real career stories.
• Evolve the content mix over time, from short-form video into long-form, live, and community formats, using performance data to double down on what works.

Qualifications or requirements

• A strong portfolio of video content demonstrating both on-camera presence and hands-on production skill, gained over approx 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Confident and authentic on camera, with storytelling instincts that hook an audience in seconds.
• Strong end-to-end production skills: planning, shooting, and editing polished video single-handedly.
• Platform-native instincts for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a sharp eye for what is trending.
• Organised, self-directed, and AI-native, with the drive to publish consistently, week after week.
• Kenyan citizen based in Kenya

Approx 2-5 years of relevant experience.

This is a hybrid position based in Nairobi, Kenya, with a minimum of 3 days in the office (Tuesday - Thursday).
