We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook specializing in Indian cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing authentic Indian dishes — from rich curries and tandoori specialties to vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies — while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, breads, and snacks. Ensure consistency in flavor, quality, and portioning. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen at all times. Monitor inventory, manage food supplies, and minimize wastage. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items or specials that enhance customer satisfaction.
Passionate about Indian food and culinary excellence. Reliable, honest, and team-oriented. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a cook specializing in Indian cuisine, ideally in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is an added advantage. Excellent time management and organizational skills. High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
