Background

We are hiring a Cook to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing meals according to menus and recipes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking areas.
• Check and manage food supplies, including proper storage of ingredients.
• Ensure food quality and safety before serving meals; among others duties.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts or related field.
• Over 2 years' experience in a restaurant kitchen.
• Experience in food preparation, portion control and kitchen hygiene.
• Reliable, clean and able to work under pressure.
