JOB DETAILS:

An established fine dining restaurant renowned for its exceptional cuisine, elegant ambiance, and commitment to culinary artistry is seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join their Kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with our fine dining standards
• Execute recipes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in line with food safety protocols
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
• Uphold portion control, plating aesthetics, and timely execution of orders
• Assist in inventory management and contribute to menu innovation when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent training preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fine dining or upscale kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during high-volume service
• Professional demeanour, punctuality, and a commitment to excellence

Level of Education: associate degree
