Key Responsibilities

• Preparation & Cooking of meals
• Maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene cleanliness and food safety
• Ensuring proper use, storage and care of kitchen equipment and foodstuff
• Assisting in menu planning, portion and minimizing wastage

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Food and Beverage or Catering & Accommodation from a recognized institution
• Must have a valid food handlers medical certificate

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
