Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for patients, staff, and visitors according to dietary guidelines and hospital standards.
• Ensure food is prepared in a safe, hygienic, and timely manner.
• Plan menus in collaboration with the nutritionist/dietitian to meet patients’ dietary needs.
• Maintain inventory of food supplies and ensure proper storage to prevent spoilage.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
• Assist in cleaning the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Catering, or related field.
• Previous experience in a hospital or institutional kitchen is an advantage.
• Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements for patients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
