Main Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking applicants for the following position COOK.

• Prepare, cook, and present main meals, snacks, baked items, and desserts according to menu specifications and section standards.

• Independently bake, roast, broil, steam, grill, and sauté meats, fish, vegetables, and other food items.

• Prepare raw ingredients including washing, peeling, cutting, trimming, and portioning meats, fruits, and vegetables.

• Ensure all food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils meet hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Follow all food safety procedures, HACCP guidelines, and company hygiene policies.

• Ensure correct use of protective clothing and kitchen uniform at all times.

• Support menu execution during high-volume service periods.

• Implement required corrective actions and maintain documentation where needed.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior kitchen management.

Experience:

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar qualification, or prior relevant experience

• 2-3 Years working experience in the kitchen

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to follow standard recipes and portion control
