WE ARE HIRING

Cook

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and hotel standards.
• Ensure proper portion control and presentation of all dishes.
• Ensure timely preparation and service of meals for the guests
• Maintain consistency in food quality during all service periods.
• Adhere to HACCP and hotel hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a hotel or high-volume hospitality kitchen.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Knowledge of international and local cuisines is an added advantage.
