Westionds Specialist Hospital is seeking a reliable and experienced Cook to prepare nutritious, hygienic, and tunely meals for patients, stall, and visitors in line with hospital standards
Key Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to opproved menus and dietary requirements
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standarde
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safery
- Follow special diets os advised by clinical and nutrition teams
- Properly store food and manage kitchen inventory
- Clean kitchen equipment and work areas
- Comply with health, safety, and infection-control standardh
- Support timely maal service across hospital units
