Our Client *Located in Mombasa - Nyali*, is Urgently lookig to fill in the position below;

(Cook/Chef (Male)

Job Summary:

The Cook/Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to the establishment’s menu while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and customer orders.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor food stock and assist in ordering supplies.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Work with the team to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Food and Beverages
• Experience as a cook or chef for at least 3 years
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reativity and passion for food preparation.
