Company: Stedmak Group of Hotels

Stedmak Group of Hotels is urgently seeking experienced Cooks to join our kitchen team. Candidates must be able to deliver high-quality meals, maintain hygiene standards, and support smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation at all times.
  • Assist with food preparation, chopping, and ingredient handling.
  • Monitor food stock levels and report shortages.
  • Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
  • Support the kitchen team and adapt to menu or event requirements.
  • Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any faults.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 3-star hotel or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen safety.

Preferred Competencies

  • Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization.
