Our client in the Beauty & Cosmetology Training Industry is seeking to recruit a skilled and passionate Cosmetology Trainer to deliver high-quality training, mentor students, and support practical learning in cosmetology programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theory training in cosmetology courses
• Demonstrate beauty therapy techniques and supervise student practice
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain training tools, equipment, and hygiene standards
• Support students’ professional growth and industry readiness

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Diploma in Cosmetology
• Instructor/Trainer qualification is an added advantage
• At least 1 year experience in teaching or training
• Strong hands-on skills in beauty and cosmetology treatments
• Good communication, organization, and mentoring skills
