We are seeking a skilled Cost Controller to join a ultra luxury beachfront hotel in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling costs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze all hotel costs.
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures.
• Prepare regular financial reports on cost performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Cost Controller or in a similar financial role.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
