Background
A leading large-scale manufacturing company is seeking a commercially driven Finance Manager to lead its finance operations in Tanzania. This is a senior leadership role suited to a strategic finance candidate with deep manufacturing experience, strong operational acumen, and the ability to drive financial excellence in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Finance
- At least 5 years in senior finance leadership roles
- Mandatory experience within manufacturing (large-scale or high-volume environments essential)
- Strong experience operating in a large, complex, or fast-paced manufacturing business
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 120
Level of Education: bachelor degree
