Key Responsibilities:

The Country General Trade (GT) Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the GT strategy, managing distributor relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring optimal product availability and visibility in the general trade channel.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in General Trade management within the FMCG industry. A proven track record of achieving sales growth and effective distributor management is essential.
