Country Manager 

Our client, a fast-growing healthtech startup, seeks a Country Manager to lead its market growth and operational presence within East Africa. The company connects healthcare providers to qualified radiologists through technology ensuring timely, high-quality radiology reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through strategic market expansion.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
• Oversee local operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing local team.
• Track market trends and performance to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 6+ years’ experience in business development or market growth (in healthcare/telemedicine a plus).
• Proven success in driving partnerships, leading teams, and achieving results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
