We are seeking a high-octane Country Manager & Investment Lead to spearhead our East African expansion. Operating at the high-stakes intersection of Private Debt Origination and Commercial Leadership, you will serve as the face of BFREE in Kenya (and broader East Africa); owning the deployment of institutional capital into NPL portfolios and scaling a tech-enabled, borrower-centric investment engine that restores financial health to the continent’s most promising markets.
