Role Summary
The County Project Lead (s) will provide strategic and operational leadership for the CASHA project at county level. The role is responsible for coordinating community mobilization, training delivery, stakeholder engagement, mentoring systems, market linkages, climate resilience interventions and reporting.
The position reports to the Project Coordinator and supervises the Community-Based Facilitators (CBFs). Counties: Turkana, Baringo & West Pokot
Minimum Requirements
- BSc or Diploma in Animal Science, Livestock Production, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Development Studies, Climate Change or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in development programming within ASAL counties.
- Demonstrated experience in livestock value chains, youth entrepreneurship or pastoral development.
- Proven experience in stakeholder coordination and community mobilization.
- Experience managing field teams in remote or hardship locations.
