COUNTY SALES MANAGER
SALARY: Kes 40,000 - 50,000
LOCATION: NAKURU
All Candidates Must:
- Degree in Business Admin, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience in sales, business development, microfinance, field operations, or related roles.
- Experience leading or supervising a sales team.
- Experience in renewable energy, FMCG, microfinance, credit, or direct sales environments will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
