Our client, an education institution is looking for a
Course Advisor and Administration Support
Department/ Section:
Business Development
(3 Days- 60% onsite, 2 Days- 40% remote)
Lead Nurturing and Conversion Follow up on sales leads developed through various marketing activities. Identify and evaluate prospects' needs, recommending appropriate training products. Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. Consistently meet set sales objectives and targets. Provide weekly performance updates and plans using the CRM system Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects. Provide ongoing support, information, and guidance to current clients, recommending new training opportunities as needed. Ensure quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Recommend and implement loyalty initiatives to enhance client retention. Administration Coordination Manage Evening Classes Oversee and coordinate evening class sessions, ensuring proper room setup, trainer presence, student readiness, and a conducive learning environment. Run Class Surveys and Polls Administer surveys and polls for each class to collect feedback on learning quality, trainer effectiveness, and overall student satisfaction. Summarize findings and share them with relevant teams. Generate Reports Prepare and submit regular reports covering attendance, student engagement, feedback trends, and any operational challenges or improvements needed. Upload Class Notes to System Ensure all class materials, including notes and assignments, are accurately uploaded to the internal system or learning portal in a timely manner. Take Class Attendance Maintain accurate attendance records for both day and evening sessions. Highlight absentee patterns and coordinate follow-up with trainers or student advisors. Update and Organised Student Database Keep the student database current by entering updates on student status, contact information, academic progress, and other key metrics. LMS Support Ensure that the LMS modules are in use amongst students, trainers and admin functions Manage many issues arising with the LMS partners Any other support that the Administrator may ask for.

Bachelor’s degree program in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A strong interest in sales, marketing, and brand building is essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
