We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at The Eclipse Nanyuki.

Job Summary

The Cowgirl is responsible for enhancing the guest experience by providing engaging, energetic, and professional customer service within the restaurant or entertainment venue. The role involves interacting with guests, promoting a lively atmosphere, supporting service operations, and representing the establishment's brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement

• Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Create an enjoyable and vibrant atmosphere that enhances the customer experience.
• Promote food, beverages, and special offers to guests.
• Respond to customer inquiries courteously and professionally.

Service Support

• Assist the service team during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest areas.
• Support restaurant events, promotions, and themed entertainment activities.
• Uphold the establishment's customer service standards and brand image.

Compliance

• Observe workplace safety and hospitality standards.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate in Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field is an added advantage.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, entertainment, or promotional roles is preferred.
