Wanieri Production Ltd is building one of Kenya’s most ambitious cultural, music and entertainment companies. We are looking for an experienced Creative Lead to develop ideas, elevate our brands and lead creative execution across all our projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not simply a graphic design position. As Creative Lead, you will be responsible for bringing the company’s vision to life through design, video, photography, motion graphics and visual storytelling. You will lead the creative department and ensure every project is visually consistent, impactful and world-class.

• BRAND DEVELOPMENT
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines

• Design logos and visual identities
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• MOTION GRAPHICS & VIDEO
• Produce motion graphics and animations
• Edit promotional videos, reels & trailers
• Create Youtube content and digital ads
• Develop cinematic festival & event trailers
• CREATIVE LEADERSHIP
• Lead and coordinate the creative team
• Delegate and manage creative tasks
• Quality-check all creative work
• Develop concepts from brief to delivery
• Present creative ideas to management
• GRAPHIC DESIGN
• Social media campaigns
• Festival artwork, posters & flyers
• Pitch decks & presentations
• Signage & merchandise concepts
• Website & digital graphics
• PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
• Plan, direct and coordinate shoots
• Work with photographers and videographers
• Manage and maintain the company’s media library
• Ensure high-quality visual content
• INNOVATION

• Experience with most of the above is essential.
• Knowledge of AI creative tools is an advantage.
