JOB DETAILS:
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/diploma in business administration, finance, accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Credit Management/Debt Recovery.
- Knowledgeable on lending and administration processes.
- Knowledge of legal framework of debt recovery in Kenya.
- Good negotiation skills.
- High integrity and ethical conduct.
- Prior experience in microfinance is required.
