JOB DETAILS:
Background
Credit Controller at Imara Hospital. Responsible for managing patient accounts, monitoring receivables, and following up on outstanding payments. The role is based in Nairobi with duties performed on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Flow & Revenue Management
- Account Reconciliation & Billing
- Dispute & Debt Negotiation
- Policy & Contract Maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA-K, ACCA, or CCP qualification with ICPAK membership.
- 5 years of general work experience, with at least 2 years in a dedicated Credit Controller role.
- Solid understanding of IFRS, local tax regulations, financial reporting, and accounting software.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, customer service, and financial analytical skills.

Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
