Job Summary
The Credit Controller plays a key leadership role in finance, ensuring healthy cash flow, minimizing bad debt, and supporting the hospital's compassionate mission. The role involves leading the credit control team, developing effective credit policies, and balancing financial management with empathetic patient service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business
- ACCA, CPA, or Credit Management certification
- 5-7 years' experience in credit control, with 2-3 in leadership
- Healthcare sector experience is an added advantage.
- Strong Excel, ERP & hospital systems skills
Work Hours: 8
