Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and assess the credit risk of potential borrowers.
• Manage a portfolio of loans, ensuring timely repayment and adherence to terms.
• Conduct field visits to verify applicant information and assess collateral.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or diploma in BA Education, BSc General, BA (General), or Business-related course.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in the field.
• Proven ability to meet targets.
• Knowledge of digital lending platforms is essential.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in microfinance, sales, or credit operations is an added advantage.
